Yes! Every item in our store is handcrafted by independent Korean artisans. We personally verify each maker and their process. That's why no two pieces are exactly alike — each one carries the artisan's unique touch.

We ship directly from Seoul, South Korea via Korea Post EMS. Typical delivery time to the US is 5-10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

In most cases, no! Packages under $800 in value are exempt from customs duties for personal imports to the US. Our products are well under this threshold. On rare occasions, there may be a small processing fee from the carrier.

We want you to love every piece. If an item arrives damaged, email us with a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Absolutely. We work directly with artisans based in Korea who craft every product by hand using traditional techniques. Many of our makers are award-winning artisans and hold master craftsman certifications in Korea.

Currently, we ship to all 50 United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) as well as US Territories. We're planning to expand to Canada, UK, and Australia soon. Join our mailing list to be the first to know!
